Submit Grades (College)
Step 1. Click the icon SUBMIT GRADES
If you didn't see this icon on your desktop, please type "GRADING WC" on the search bar above.
Step 2. To submit a grade, click the draft or subject you want to grade.

Step 1: To submit grades, access the icon “Submit Grades” for Preschool to Junior High School or select "Submit Grades SHS" for Senior High School.
Step 2: Click the "New" button to begin the submission of a grading spreadsheet.
Step 3: Fill in the required information in the provided text boxes:

Step 1: Begin by navigating to your downloaded sheets and extract the file.
Step 2: Open the downloaded spreadsheet. You can now proceed to fill in the grades of the students. Start by filling up the "Highest Possible Score" column first so that the grades will be calculated accurately.

These are the steps to encode and submit grades without the use of Spreadsheets.
Step 1: Click the "New" button to begin the submission of a grading spreadsheet.
Step 2: Check the "Final Grade Only (No Sheet)" checkbox.
Step 3: Fill in the required information in the provided text boxes:

Step 1: Navigate to "Submit Conduct."
Step 2: Input the Quarter and Section, then click "Save."
Step 3: Click "Upload" to upload the conduct sheet.
Step 4: Finally, click "Submit."

Submit Attendance Sheet
Step 1: Navigate to the "Submit Attendance" icon.
Step 2: Click "New" to create a new attendance submission. Fill in the mandatory fields as follows:
Quarter: Input the relevant quarter.
Section: Select the section to upload.
Month: Specify the month for the attendance.
Then, click "Save" to proceed.

Quarter: Input the relevant quarter.

Step 1: Check the "No Auto Calculate for Attendance" option to disable automatic calculation of Present Count.
Step 2: Edit the Absent, Tardy, and Present counts as needed, then click "Save."
