Submit Grades (BED)
Step 1: To submit grades, access the icon “Submit Grades” for Preschool to Junior High School or select "Submit Grades SHS" for Senior High School.

Step 2: Click the "New" button to begin the submission of a grading spreadsheet.

Step 3: Fill in the required information in the provided text boxes:
School Year - Ensure the School Year corresponds to the current academic year.
Quarter - Input the Quarter for which you are submitting grades.
Remarks - Add any remarks or comments in the designated field.
Filter Gender - Check to display specific or both genders on the table.
After entering all necessary information, click "Save."

Step 4: Next, upload the grading spreadsheet. Click the "Click Here to upload" button, and a pop-up message will appear.

Step 5: Click the "Browse" button to locate the grading spreadsheet you wish to upload. Once selected, click the "Attach" button on the same window.

It should look like this when you have attached the file.

Step 6: After successfully uploading the spreadsheet, set its status to "For Approval." To do this, navigate to the upper right corner, click "Actions," and select "For Approval" from the drop-down menu. The department head/coordinator will review and approve the uploaded grades.

Note: If the grades have been submitted and you need to update a student's grades, please inform the coordinator to cancel the previously submitted grades. Once the submission is cancelled, you can upload the updated grades again, and the coordinator will review and approve them. When re-uploading the grades, please do not use the cancelled document; instead, create a new entry.
