Submit Attendance (Preschool to Senior High)

Submit Attendance Sheet

Step 1: Navigate to the "Submit Attendance" icon.



Step 2: Click "New" to create a new attendance submission. Fill in the mandatory fields as follows:

Quarter: Input the relevant quarter.
Section: Select the section to upload.
Month: Specify the month for the attendance.

Then, click "Save" to proceed.




Step 3: Tick the "Click here to Upload" button to attach your generated attendance sheet.



Step 4: Click "Browse" to locate and select your file. After selecting the file, click "Attach." Ensure the "public" button remains unchecked to avoid error.



Step 5: Finally, click "Submit" to upload the attendance sheet.




To cancel a submitted attendance grading sheet:

Open the submitted attendance entry.



Click on the "Cancel" option.



If updates are needed, Create a new submission for attendance and upload the updated sheet.

Remember: Do not reuse the cancelled attendance entry. Creating a new submission and uploading the updated sheet helps prevent data errors and discrepancies.
