Input Grades in Spreadsheet/Grading Sheet
Step 1: Begin by navigating to your downloaded sheets and extract the file.

Step 2: Open the downloaded spreadsheet. You can now proceed to fill in the grades of the students. Start by filling up the "Highest Possible Score" column first so that the grades will be calculated accurately.

Input the grades into the appropriate sheet.

Step 3: You have the option to add columns for Written Work and Performance Tasks if needed.

Step 4: After inputting the grades in the spreadsheet, ensure to save your work.

Do not delete any rows, hide/rearrange sheets or edit ID numbers as it may corrupt the spreadsheet and lead to errors upon submission.
Only add columns are allowed. If you need to add students, contact the registrar or assigned staff to section the missing students and generate new spreadsheet.
This guideline applies to Conduct Sheet and Attendance sheet as well.
