Helpdesk
Before starting a chat, you can browse Most Frequently Read Articles for quick solutions.
Step 1. Click the Help icon located at the top right, next to the Chat icon.
Step 2. Use the search bar below to find help articles on common topics, such as password reset, payment methods, grade submission, and mobile app registration.
Step 3. If your issue is covered in the Helpdesk, click the manual to proceed.
If the manual in the chatbox is too small to read, click the redirect icon in the upper right corner of the manual to open the WELA Helpdesk site and view the article more easily.
