# Connect to a Live Agent

However, if your concern is covered in the Helpdesk but requires a more in-depth explanation, a live agent can assist you.

**Step 1.** Reply "No" to connect to a live agent for further assistance.

* No further prompts will be sent by the chatbot, and you will need to wait for a live agent to respond.

**Step 2.** Reply "Yes" if you want to stay with the chatbot and continue browsing helpdesk articles.
