Step 1: Open your browser, type your WELA school portal and click Forgot Password

Step 2: Input your ID number. You can also input Mobile number if you forgot your ID number. if ID number was inputted no need to input mobile number.

Step 3: Select Request you want to resend

Step 4: Click Submit Request to send and wait for the text message.

Account successfully resent.

If you didn't see this icon on your desktop, please type "GRADING WC" on the search bar above.

Step 2. To submit a grade, click the draft or subject you want to grade.

Step 4. Click Save. Then click Actions and select For Approval

Step 5. Wait for your Program Head or Dean to Approve your grades

Step 1: To submit grades, access the icon “Submit Grades” for Preschool to Junior High School or select "Submit Grades SHS" for Senior High School.

Step 2: Click the "New" button to begin the submission of a grading spreadsheet.

Step 3: Fill in the required information in the provided text boxes:

School Year - Ensure the School Year corresponds to the current academic year.
Quarter - Input the Quarter for which you are submitting grades.
Remarks - Add any remarks or comments in the designated field.
**Filter Gender **- Check to display specific or both genders on the table.

After entering all necessary information, click "Save."

**Step 4: **Next, upload the grading spreadsheet. Click the "Click Here to upload" button, and a pop-up message will appear.

Step 5: Click the "Browse" button to locate the grading spreadsheet you wish to upload. Once selected, click the "Attach" button on the same window.

It should look like this when you have attached the file.

Register in Mobile App

For iOS and Android phone user, input your Mobile number or Email Address to register. If you are an outsider you can also download the mobile app and register. But you will have limited access to the Mobile app. You won't be able to access some feature in the mobile app, if the number or email you register is not in the School's **Registrar ** data.
If you are a parent, you can use any of the following cellphone number or email you wrote in the Enrollee form.

Shortly after you click "Continue" you will receive an SMS verification code on the number or email you use to register. Fill in your Name and the Activation code.

Step 3: You have the option to add columns for Written Work and Performance Tasks if needed.
